Service description
Spegla is a proprietary, peer-to-peer screen streaming and remote desktop application from Klura AB. The software is pre-v1: account creation, device registration, and the file-sharing CLI work today; the streaming engine is in active development. Features may change or be removed without notice.
Spegla is proprietary software, licensed and not sold. Klura AB retains all right, title, and interest in the application. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it; you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Spegla to:
- Access devices you do not own or have explicit authorisation to access.
- Transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Attempt to circumvent security controls or interfere with the service for others.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Disclaimer of warranties
Spegla is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klura AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of Spegla after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
